Phil has a background in people and organizational development being a Lecturer, Manager, Marketer, Trainer, Management Consultant, Communicator, Conference Facilitator and Motivator.

He is Degree qualified with a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) and Graduate Diploma of Adult Education with 25 years experience in the development implementation of a wide range of business and personal development programs, with a particular interest in developing high performing customer driven Teams.

He has successfully managed his own consultancy (Team Talk Coaching) for fourteen years with an impressive list of major consulting projects within a wide spectrum of industry and government departments, including Dept of Human Services, University of South Australia, Department Industry & Trade, Glaxo Smith Kline, University of Adelaide, Boral, Codan, South Australian Housing Trust, Dept of Defence, South Australian Ambulance Service, TAFE. Former positions include consultant roles with two major Management Development organizations and a Senior Lectureship at TAFE specializing in Management, Supervision, Communication, and Human Resource Management and marketing/sales positions in the private sector.

Married, with three grown up children, he balances work and life commitments.
